Objective: A fun national group activity to research new business opportunities with the aim of sourcing candidates. A fun element of point allocation is used as a motivator for consultants on the day to measure and reward success.
Branch Competition:
· 1 point is allocated for each candidate CV received on the day
The individual with the highest number of points will be awarded a voucher to the value of R200.
General Prizes:
· Best Dressed – a voucher will be awarded to the individual who has dressed the best according to our theme
Rules
• Calls are to be made to source new candidates. Any candidate that has previously been logged on Maxismiser or interviewed in the past year.
• All calls made and candidates sourced and client visits booked must be logged on Maximiser and where applicable in the template that you have received.
• Candidates sourced will be counted as long as they are qualified as per the branches candidate positions
Failure of the above rules may result in disqualification
